I’m Vickie  Chandler,  a San Jose real estate agent and coach living just outside Los Gatos and you have arrived on the About page reading about me.

I’ve lived in this area for over 20 years. And I’ve been coaching Bay Area real estate agents for the past 15 years, including some of the most successful in the Bay Area.

While coaching one of my many real estate clients, he insisted that I would make an excellent Real Estate agent myself. After much consideration, I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate.

I started 5 years ago with Keller Williams Benchmark Properties in Fremont, CA.

I’m  proud of the fact that I have the help of an incredible team including three top-notch loan consultants, a fabulous escrow coordinator and a host of others within my office.

Due to recent developments within real estate I decided it was time to get better educated and I took courses in loss litigation, short sales and foreclosure prevention. I’m now a certified Foreclosure Prevention and Short Sale Specialist.

However, my first love has always been homes: touring homes, inspecting homes,
walking in neighborhoods and talking with homeowners. Because of my extensive
coaching of  Realtors  for the past 15 years and my more recent experiences in
the last 5, as well as the fact that I still coaches agents throughout the Bay Area,
I’m uniquely qualified  to help someone seeking a new home in all aspects of
the real estate purchase.
